HARRISBURG, PA — The Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra (HSO) is thrilled to announce their 2025 Flat Stuart campaign celebrating Music Director Stuart Malina’s 25th anniversary season won a Silver Keystone award in the Special Events and Observances category of the PRSA Central Pennsylvania 2025 Keystone Awards today. This award is presented for a “one-time program of limited duration designed to generate awareness with key audiences.” The HSO’s Flat Stuart invited HSO patrons and audience members to take a printed six-inch photo of Stuart Malina with them on adventures through the 2024-2025 Season, then share photos with the HSO. More than 200 photos were forwarded in the nine-month season.
“Flat Stuart was [literally] a runaway hit with our patrons and audience members. Credit goes to Christina Stetler, Director of Communications & Engagement, for this fun, interactive, and timely idea,” says Matthew Herren, HSO Executive Director.
