Both Nat King Cole and Natalie Cole put their individual stamp on the jazz and pop music of their day and won multiple Grammy awards along the way. Unforgettable celebrates and honors this incredible father/daughter duo whose flexible musical style and undeniable talent continue to influence the best musicians of today. This program features award winning vocalists Denzal Sinclaire and Dee Daniels.

Dee Daniels
Dee Daniels is an international powerhouse vocalist whose artistry seamlessly bridges the worlds of jazz, gospel, and the blues. A recipient of the prestigious Order of Canada, Daniels is a premier headliner known for her four-octave range and formidable symphonic presence.
- She regularly performs with elite North American orchestration, featuring guest appearances with The Boston Pops, the Detroit Symphony, the Rochester Philharmonic, and the Toronto Symphony Orchestra.
- Her career honors include the Western Canadian Music Awards Hall of Fame induction and recognition from the National Congress of Black Women Foundation. She remains a dedicated vocal clinician, leading masterclasses and workshops globally to mentor emerging talent.
Denzal Sinclaire
Denzal Sinclaire is one of Canada’s most decorated jazz vocalists, widely recognized for his warm delivery and masterful interpretations of the Great American Songbook. A graduate of McGill University’s Jazz Performance program, Sinclaire has established an international career spanning premier jazz clubs, theater stages, and concert halls.
- A three-time Juno Award nominee, he won the 2004 National Jazz Award for Album of the Year, holds four consecutive Jazz Report Magazine Male Jazz Vocalist awards, and received France’s Choc Jazzman designation.
- His performance credits include center-stage appearances with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, Dee Dee Bridgewater, The Count Basie Orchestra, and the WDR Big Band.
